Much of the architecture of the homes in Coral Gables is reminiscent of an era gone by. Zoning codes require all homes to have tile roofs, which creates a wonderful sense of uniformity throughout the City Beautiful. Many of the homes were built in the early 1920′s through the 1940′s. Many of the newer homes reflect this architecture style as well.
Coral Gables, known as the “City Beautiful”, is just north of Pinecrest and home to the University of Miami. Coral Gables is a city full of beautiful parks, historic buildings and great shopping. It is also home to “Miracle Mile”, a ‘mile long’ shopping street full of shops, art galleries and restaurants.
